What We Do

Founders Story

I am Susie Shiver. I am a National Board Certified Education Specialist having more than 30 years experience working with children and adults with special needs. A specialist serving students and their families in the field of Positive Behavior Support and inclusive education practices. I am the Author of two books promoting inclusion and acceptance of those with differing learning styles and behaviors. Come and see the various services I have to offer individuals with special needs, families, friends and teachers who interact with special individuals each and every day.

The Technical Stuff

Our organization offers training on positive behavior support techniques, finding your child's or student's super power, parent and child advocate, supporting individuals in community activities, after high school options for individuals with special needs. We also offer on campus social studies programs/virtual programs to bring history to life based on grade level curriculum. These programs are geared toward students with and without special needs.

Our Expertise

With more than 30 years in elementary, middle school and high school classrooms we have an in-depth understanding of students, their learning styles and knowledge of encouraging student engagement. We also have experience assisting families with supporting their loved ones with special needs.
